Who is responsible
GeekSound is operated by LLC Geeksound, Uzbekistan. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@geeksoundplugin.com.
The website today
The public website is hosted on Tilda. Tilda processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Tilda’s built-in website statistics are configured in simplified mode, which does not use cookies to count users or sessions. No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or advertising pixel is configured in the website’s analytics settings.
If you email support, we use the information you provide to understand and respond to your enquiry. Please send only what is needed, and do not include passwords or full payment card details.
The displayed waitlist and contact forms are disabled. They do not submit or store information. Customer registration, checkout and software downloads are not yet available.
Local audio processing
Plugin audio is processed locally on your computer. Your audio recordings are not uploaded to GeekSound servers or external cloud services. We do not collect optional in-plugin usage analytics about your settings, frequency of use or audio-processing activity.
Planned waitlist and emails
When registration opens, the waitlist will collect your name and email address for registration, welcome messages, selected testing invitations and launch information. Waitlist registration will be immediate and will not require email verification.
Optional newsletters, promotional announcements and offers will require a separate opt-in. You will be able to unsubscribe from marketing emails. Necessary service communications will be separate.
AWS is the planned service provider for the waitlist database and email delivery. Automated emails are planned from no-reply@geeksoundplugin.com, with replies directed to support@geeksoundplugin.com. These systems are not yet connected.
Planned accounts, payments and licensing
Customer accounts will use email and password and require email verification before checkout. Account and entitlement records will be linked to purchases. After checkout, customers will supply their iLok User ID for licence delivery.
The planned providers are AWS for backend and account services, Paddle for payments and subscription billing, and PACE / iLok for licensing. Account, payment and licensing information will be transmitted as necessary to operate those services. These flows are not live on this website.
For provider information, see Tilda’s privacy policy, AWS’s privacy notice and Paddle’s privacy notice.
