Using this website

Product information is provided to help you explore the planned release. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or copy and redistribute GeekSound software or assets without permission.

Existing interface screenshots are preserved while products continue to be refined. Do not treat a development screenshot as a promise of the final interface or an additional feature.

Planned purchases and subscriptions

GeekSound Complete Collection will be offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. An active subscription will include all currently available plugins, future releases and major and minor updates. The collection will not be sold as a one-time bundle.

Individual plugins will be available as one-time permanent purchases, with minor updates and bug fixes included. Major upgrades may require an additional payment. Base prices will be in USD and will be disclosed before checkout opens.

Trial, renewal and cancellation

Trial conditions at launch: choose monthly or yearly billing before starting your 30-day trial. A payment card is required. Your selected plan is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. Cancel during the trial to avoid a charge; access continues until the trial expires.

Subscriptions will renew automatically on the selected billing cycle until cancelled. Cancelling will prevent future renewals while preserving access through the paid billing period or the end of the trial.

The planned failed-renewal policy provides a 7-day access grace period. Monthly-to-yearly plan changes may take effect immediately with an appropriate billing adjustment; yearly-to-monthly changes take effect at renewal. Implementation remains subject to final Paddle and PACE testing.

Accounts and payments

Customers will need a GeekSound account and a verified email before checkout. Authentication will use email and password. After checkout, the iLok User ID will be collected in the customer dashboard for licence delivery.

Paddle is the planned Merchant of Record. Transactions will be subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and applicable law, and will be available only where Paddle legally supports them. Subscription management will use Paddle’s hosted customer portal. These functions are not operational yet.

Intellectual property and independence

LLC Geeksound owns or has appropriate commercial licences for the software, DSP components, graphics and other assets required to distribute its products. GeekSound is independent of third-party hardware manufacturers and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them. Their trademarks remain their property.

Mandatory rights and updates

Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final commercial terms will be made available before any customer is asked to purchase or start a trial. Material changes will be reflected in the published version and its update date.
