Our voluntary 14-day guarantee

At launch, GeekSound will offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee for individual one-time plugin purchases and the first paid Complete Collection subscription charge after the free trial. The 14-day period starts on the date of the relevant payment.

Routine subscription renewal payments are excluded from this additional voluntary guarantee. This exclusion does not restrict any statutory consumer right or refund obligation applicable to Paddle.

How to request a refund

Contact support@geeksoundplugin.com within 14 days of the eligible payment and include the purchase email and transaction reference. Do not send full payment card details. You may also contact Paddle buyer support using the support information in your receipt.

Paddle is the planned Merchant of Record and will process refunds for transactions it handles. Refunds are subject to applicable law and Paddle’s Refund Policy. Where Paddle or mandatory law provides greater rights, those rights remain available.

Cancellation is separate from a refund

Cancellation stops future renewal. Paid access continues until the end of the paid period. If you cancel during the 30-day free trial, you will not be charged and your access continues until the trial expires.

At launch, cancellation will be available through Paddle’s hosted customer portal, accessible from the GeekSound dashboard or the links provided by Paddle. These services are not yet connected.

Your rights remain protected

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits non-waivable consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content, applicable withdrawal rights, or rights under Paddle’s terms. Eligibility can depend on your country and the transaction.
